I work at the intersection of sensuality, creativity, and holistic health. By getting in touch with our body and intuition, we wake up the dormant passion and quiet power that lie inside every one of us, underneath all the layers of "I can't, "I shouldn't" and "I'm not good enough." And when we find what's under all that conditioned gunk, we stop fighting with life and start flowing with it. The result is a life full of purpose, joy, energy, confidence, and passion.

Running my own practice and all it entails. Marketing, R&D, etc. Places to hold workshops and lectures. Time management!!!! Writing a book or eBook. And, especially, about other places to connect with wonderful people who are stepping into their power and their -ing.
About Me:
I like to say "I just show up."

Still unfolding, I try not to attach to any definitions of myself. I am what the universe asks me to be as needed. My goal is to be a vessel where there is an equal exchange of energy coming in and going out. A closed circuit, where I do my part by giving and receive what I need to keep on giving. No burnout.

This generally requires the values of Love, Trust, Wisdom, which I try to embody.
What Inspires You?
People who have stepped into their power, despite and because of their fears. People who are not scared of being perceived as silly, crazy, out of touch with "reality" (whatever that means), or a combination.

People who do things out of their essence, "just because," and have no idea how powerful that is.

People who trust and let go.

Honesty and integrity inspire me. Great acts of compassion without expectation of anything in return inspire me.

Nature. Ohhhh.. NATURE!!! There is no greater creative force, and I'm always in awe of it.

Life. It's ups and downs, and how beautiful it is even when it totally sucks.
Role Models
Nature, life, great bodies of water, mountains. The Dalai Lama, Amma, my parents, my sister... I learn a little something from everyone, and sometimes they are not even aware they are teaching it.
Passions
Passion. Filling my senses with sights, smells, flavors, sounds and touch. Creating, allowing things to flow. Learning to let go, but also know when to take action. Wellness, health, yoga, traveling, meeting people from all walks of life and all over the world to hear what they have to say. Learning, exploring, taking leaps into the unknown and getting comfortable with uncertainty.

UPDATE: I recently opened up Home a safe haven for fun, exploration and transformation in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We aim to inspire people to explore from a place of innocence and curiosity, and offer lectures, workshops and classes on all sorts of subjects. We're looking for inspiring Home team members to co-create with, as well as practitioners to host events. And, of course, we invite all of you to come share, enjoy and have fun!
