Hi herfuture sisters, welcome home!! I hope that, like myself, each of you find this site to provide you with comfort, guidance, love, and a sense of community that truly translates into a familiar feeling of 'coming home'. Since I joined herfuture.com, the amazing miracle workers on this site have taught me countless lessons, allowed me to connect with my truth, and inspired me to become the best version of myself possible. In turn, I have been aspiring to commit to serving and inspiring others, and helping as many people as possible recognize how bright their inner light shines, and how powerful the residual effects will be of us all coming together as one to brighten this world.

 

I am a holistic health and nutrition coach, a healthy lifestyle and nutrition contributor, a spiritual mentor, and a loving and committed wife, daughter and friend.

The following are the power posses that really resonate with me, join me and share in the conversation:
I LOVE this group - I began praying at an early age and came to realize the sense of peace, confidence and reassurance that came with this practice got me through some of the roughest times in my life. Fast forward to today and I continue to pray daily. We have reserved the 25th of each month as "shared prayer day" - Join us on this posse and experience the profound effects of joint support through prayer!

Anyone who knows me knows that I am passionate about all things health and nutrition related, as well as food that is nourishing to our bodies, minds, and spirits. Join me on this posse and share your favorite recipes, healthy lifestyle tips, ask nutrition questions and reach out for support. There are an amazing group of knowledgeable nutrition experts here to lend advice, support, and encouragement. We are here for you and welcome you!

This power posse is very special to me. It has been my outlet when I need to call out my ego and get perspective, and it has provided me with a lot of comfort as a result of the beautiful support the members of this posse share for one-another. Post your struggles, accomplishments, questions and stories relating to your spiritual journey here!

My Herfuture Story:
Herfuture has been such an instrumental part of my self-growth journey and my path of service. Before I joined herfuture I had just moved to NY from Toronto and had yet to make any friends in my new environment. I was feeling isolated, disconnected, and discouraged. I knew some shifts needed to occur and I was open and willing to make them happen. After being invited to join the site (a miracle in itself), I immediately decided to reach out of my comfort zone and connect with a member that I noticed lived in my town - an inspired action that led to me to rediscovering a soul sister! This was just the beginning for me, I have gone on to meet best friends, mentors, mentees, and countless supporters of miracles and love. I urge you all to reach out to one another and make these special connections! Extend your spiritual family and get the most out of this gift that is herfuture.com!
